Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.



Q. What are the payment methods available?
www.mamalove.com.my offers various kind of Payment Methods as shown below :-
1. Credit Card
Via Paypal (Visa or Mastercard / American Express / Paypal Funds) 
Via Ipay88 (Visa or Mastercard / Internet Banking) 


2. Invoice / Cheque / Offline Bank Transfer
You may scan and email us the above info to Email Address : mamalove.malaysia@gmail.com 

Note: Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have this confirmation.


Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.



Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.



Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Please send an email to our customers service email at mamalove.malaysia@gmail.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.



Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 1 day to 5 working days

WHAT IS MAMALOVE POINTS? / HOW DOES IT WORK
To entitled to MAMALOVE point, you are required to become MAMALOVE member by registering yourself. Register Here.
Earning MAMALOVE Points: Every RM1 spent = 10 point
MAMALOVE Points Redemption: 100 points = RM1
Exception:
*Promotion item earning points might be lower / without earning points.
Reminder: All MAMALOVE points will be expired in 6 months from the date of each successful transaction made. Expired points cannot be recovered from the system. Please redeem the points before expiry.

TECHNICAL ISSUES
1. I am unable to process my order
Please to place your order again – sometimes when the site is experiencing high traffic, orders do not get placed. Sometimes, it may be a credit card or compatibility issue. Please try an alternative browser and/or credit card to ensure it is not a compatibility problem. If you are still having problems, try deleting the cookies/caches on your computer before logging back into your account.

2. I’m Getting An Error Message Which Says That My Credit Card Details Are Incorrect.
Please make sure that you entered your details exactly as they appear on the card. The card number should be entered without any spaces. The CVV number (“Card Verification Value”) is a 3 digit number found on the signature strip on the back of Visa and MasterCard branded credit and debit cards. On American Express branded credit or debit cards, this is a 4 digit numeric code found on the front / right-hand side of the card.)
3. Other Technical Problems?
To help us investigate your problems, please include as much of the following information as possible with regards to your system:
•    Your Operating System (e.g. Windows 7, Mac OSX 10.1)
•    Internet Browser & version (Internet Explorer 9, Safari 5)

If you placed an order for a wrong product, please call us immediately at 1700-81-8832, (working hours: 8am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday). Provide us with your details – Account Name & Invoice Number.
If you are looking to return an item (due to quality issues), or report an issue (such as being overcharged), please open a dispute ticket so we can resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
